Savory Breakfast Pizza
I'm always looking for new & creative breakfast ideas! This one was so quick & easy that I had to share it with you! I had enough sausage & pepper for leftovers for the next day & it was just as delicious!!
- 2 Stonefire Mini Naan
- 1 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Parmigiano Reggiano
- 1 Lb Ground Breakfast Sausage
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper (Or more to taste)
- 1/2 Tsp Kinders Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning
- 4 Eggs
Preheat oven to 425°
Brown breakfast sausage
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil & garlic olive oil over both mini naans.
Add parmigiano reggiano
Add cooked breakfast sausage
Add bell pepper
Top with more cheese
Bake in 425° oven for 8 minutes
Meanwhile prepare eggs to your taste, I make mine overeasy with kinders seasoning & crushed red pepper.
When pizza is finished baking add eggs on top & enjoy!
